Following, rather quickly, on the heels of "The Day After Tomorrow", and relying on stock footage from the weather channel, this shoddy effort (Palm trees in Chicago?) is just another typical bad TV movie. Unbelievably followed by a sequel : "Category 7". First shown November 14th, 2004.
