| In 2001, Director James Cameron once again brought his cameras to the wreck of the Titanic. Using the 3D technology of Imax, he and some of the cast and crew of his big screen "Titanic" went deeper into the ship then ever before, and photographed sites not seen since 1912. The film has truly astonishing scenes. The only detractors to this film, is the distracting use of extras, re-enacting the night of April 14th, superimposed over the wreck. Also, the shooting took place during the 9/11 attack and is used as an emotional "tool". The DVD promises to be exceptional, with a lot of extras. |
