DR. RUPERT FAIRCHILD

"Can I see the body?"

Dr. Fairchild has a full schedule on the day of the Prom: He has an early appointment with Vivian Hammond, who is still recovering from the death of her daughter. When he is finished with her, he is summoned to police headquarters to help Lt. McBride in his search for his ex-patient, Leonard Murch. He is reluctant to help, always believeing that Murch was innocent in connection  with  Robins death.
