"I've got to get that bastard.."

Lt. Darryl McBride is, besides being Nicks father, in charge of the search for escaped mental patient Leonard Murch. He enlists the aide of Murchs' former doctor, Rupert Fairchild. The doctor convinces McBride to keep Murchs' escape quiet and to get him picked up, since he's horribly disfigured and can't hide forever. Lt McBride will be at the Prom with a fellow officer to keep an eye out for Murch.
