Taking a very good (for it's type) book by Charles Scarborourgh, and it's premise of a major earthquake destroying Manhattan, the producers did what happens, sadly, often in translation: Everything interesting about it is left out. First shown November 14th, 1999. Emmy nominated for its effects. Shown in 2 parts, you can now find this movie in the Dollar Bin at Walmart. Enjoy!
