| From the late 1970's onward, scenes from the Universal disaster films showed up in numerous TV shows and movies. Many times it was unused footage or outtakes. The Incredible Hulk series had an episode where David Banner has to land a 747 while resisting turning green. They utilized a whole bunch of outtakes from "AIRPORT 1975." On a related note, the crash from "AIRPORT '77" was used in an episode of the NBC soap "DAYS OF OUR LIVES." |
